How licensing works in a team
Studio is licensed per device. You buy as many activations as you have workstations and distribute them yourself. Each activation can be moved to another machine later, for example when a computer is replaced.
Photo studios
Shared image archive on the NAS, several editing seats. Studio keeps the folders warm on every seat, so nobody waits on grey tiles when a shoot comes in.
Post production
Recognise BRAW, R3D and ARRI MXF straight in Explorer without opening the clips. Most effective while screening freshly copied cards.
Engineering and architecture
DWG, IFC and RVT as images instead of icons. Anyone juggling many variants finds the right file without launching CAD.
Agencies
Mixed libraries of Photoshop, Affinity, Illustrator, video and 3D. One tool covers all of it instead of a separate preview solution per file type.
Invoicing and quotes
From five workstations upwards we are happy to prepare a quote and invoice you directly. Tell us how many seats you need, whether you want yearly or lifetime licensing, and the billing address.
Installing across a network
Installation runs per workstation through the normal installer. For environments where the workstations have no internet access there is offline activation: the key is unlocked on a connected machine and carried to the workstation as a file.

Do you offer volume discounts?
From five workstations upwards we prepare a quote. Send us the number of seats and the model you want and you will get a concrete figure.
Can we manage centrally who holds which license?
Today you manage the activations yourself through your account. A central management console for larger teams is planned but not available yet. We deliberately do not promise more here than what exists.
Does the app run on terminal servers?
The preloader is built for workstations running Windows 10 and 11. For terminal server environments please talk to us first so we can check your setup together.
