What actually separates the plans
Format support is not a selling point here, it is the baseline. Free shows the same file types as Studio and uses the same decoder. What changes is how much work is taken off your hands.

Payment and invoicing
Sales are handled by our payment provider Paddle. Paddle is your contracting party for the payment, applies the tax rules of your country and issues the invoice. For you that means the amount appears in your local currency and you can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Frequently asked questions
Are all formats really included in the free plan?
Yes. Camera RAW, video, RAW video, 3D, CAD, design and office files all run through the same decoder as in Studio. Free does not limit formats, it limits reach: one folder, one subfolder level, slow mode and a subtle watermark.
What happens after the 14 days?
The app switches to Free automatically. Nothing is uninstalled, nothing is deleted, previews already generated stay usable. You can move to Pro or Studio at any point later.
What exactly does Lifetime mean?
Lifetime covers the current 1.x major version including every update in that line, permanently and without further payment. If a version 2.0 ever appears, you get 50 percent off it. So it is not a subscription, but it is also not a promise covering all future major versions.
Can I move the license to another computer?
Yes. The activation is bound to one device, but you can release it yourself and set it on another machine. See Changing device.
Do you offer multi-seat licenses?
Yes. Studio is licensed per device and can be bundled for teams. Invoicing and quotes go through Teams and studios.
