Activating
- Have the key readyIt appears in the browser right after the purchase, arrives by email as well, and is always visible in your account.
- Paste it into the appOpen Settings, then License, paste the key and confirm.
- DoneThe new limits apply immediately. No reboot required.
Term and renewal
- Monthly and yearly: renewal is automatic until you cancel. Before each renewal Paddle sends a notice by email.
- Lifetime: no renewal, no recurrence. The key covers major version 1.x including every update in that line.
Cancelling or changing payment details
Both are handled in Paddle's payment portal. You will find access in your purchase email and in your account. After cancelling, the license runs normally until the end of the paid period, after which the app continues as Free.
Invoices
Paddle issues the invoice as the seller and sends it by email. Older invoices are available any time through the same payment portal.
Frequently asked questions
On how many devices may I use the license?
One license covers one device. You can move the activation to another device yourself, see Changing device. For several workstations at once there are per-device licenses via Teams and studios.
What happens when I cancel?
The license stays active until the end of the paid period. After that the app switches to Free. Nothing is uninstalled, your folders and settings remain.
I did not receive the confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, Lost license key takes it from there.
