Lost license key

The quickest route

1. Open your accountSign in with the email address you purchased with. You receive a sign-in link, no password needed.
2. View your licensesYour account lists your keys with plan and term.
3. Use itCopy the key and paste it into the app under Settings and License.

If you no longer know which address it was

Write to us with as much detail as you can: roughly when you bought, which plan, and if possible the last digits of the payment method used or the Paddle invoice number. That is enough for us to find the purchase reliably.
